Meet Ricky Rigor

Ricky brings over 15 years of business experience, driven by a passion for providing services that treat every client’s business as if it were his own. As a small business owner himself, he understands the critical demands of managing a successful business, especially in the areas of accounting, finance, and compliance.

Ricky graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Western Sydney University in 2008. While studying, he completed an 18-month internship at a Penrith-based accounting firm, gaining valuable practical experience. After graduation, he became the in-house Company Accountant at Bryden's Lawyers, where he was responsible for ATO and Law Society compliance, conducting business analysis, cashflow management, overseeing budgets, and managing the company’s accounting system with a focus on system integrity.

As a Registered Tax Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board and an Associate Member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), Ricky continues to support businesses with his deep expertise. He is currently the CEO and Co-Director of Holistic Support Services, a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service provider, where his knowledge and experience in the NDIS industry are highly valued by his clients, many of whom run similar businesses.

In addition to his professional achievements, Ricky is passionate about Karate. He holds a 5th Dan Black Belt in Shito-Ryu and a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Shotokan. His dedication to the sport is reflected in his role as the Head Kata Coach for Karate NSW and as the National Kata Coach for Karate Australia. Ricky also serves as the Deputy President of Karate NSW, contributing to the development of the sport at both state and national levels.
